Service Description
Looking to get more power and torque from your vehicle's factory engine and specification? Our AltTune power-focused tuning suits a wide range of cars, utes, suvs and light recreational vehicles - including campervans. Depending on your vehicle's engine type, you could see anything from 5% - 40% gains in horsepower and torque while still retaining your factory ECU and engine configuration. Our tunes are created in New Zealand and designed for our conditions. Power-focused tunes are available for both petrol and diesel engines and, in some cases, can contribute towards fuel savings. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Excellence Group T/A Canterbury Tuning Thank you for choosing The Excellence Group T/A Canterbury Tuning for your ECU tuning needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, we ask that you review and adhere to the following booking policy: Booking Confirmation Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your service. Please double-check all details to ensure accuracy. A valid phone number and email address are required for confirmation. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations and No-Shows Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the payment for the service will be non-refundable. Cancellations and Rescheduling Over 24 Hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we offer the option to either receive a refund or reschedule your appointment for another date, subject to availability. Late Arrivals We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Payment Full payment is required at the completion of booking for all ECU tuning services. Payments accepted include cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for cancellations made over 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or for no-shows. Changing or Updating Details If you need to change any details regarding your booking (e.g., car model, contact information), please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if they are made with adequate notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
