Service Description
Our DPF Delete Coding service provides an effective solution to remove or disable the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) system from your vehicle's engine control unit (ECU). The DPF is designed to trap and remove soot and particulate matter from diesel exhaust gases, but it can become clogged over time, leading to performance issues, increased fuel consumption, and costly repairs. By using our expert ECU tuning, we modify the vehicle’s software to bypass or deactivate the DPF system, restoring engine performance, improving fuel efficiency, and eliminating the risk of DPF-related problems. Our expert tuner uses advanced tools and techniques to ensure optimal results tailored to your vehicle’s specific needs. Note: This service is the ECU coding only. We can arrange the bypass/removal of DPFs which is vehicle specific and needs to be quoted on a case by case basis. Contact us. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Excellence Group T/A Canterbury Tuning Thank you for choosing The Excellence Group T/A Canterbury Tuning for your ECU tuning needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, we ask that you review and adhere to the following booking policy: Booking Confirmation Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your service. Please double-check all details to ensure accuracy. A valid phone number and email address are required for confirmation. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations and No-Shows Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the payment for the service will be non-refundable. Cancellations and Rescheduling Over 24 Hours: If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we offer the option to either receive a refund or reschedule your appointment for another date, subject to availability. Late Arrivals We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Payment Full payment is required at the completion of booking for all ECU tuning services. Payments accepted include cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for cancellations made over 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or for no-shows. Changing or Updating Details If you need to change any details regarding your booking (e.g., car model, contact information), please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if they are made with adequate notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
